Timelines vary based on product, quantity, and decoration method. Most projects are completed within 2–4 weeks from artwork approval. Rush options may be available depending on availability and production schedules.

Do you provide design services?

Yes. We assist with refining artwork, adjusting logos for print or embroidery, and ensuring designs are production-ready. If you don’t have artwork, we’ll help guide the process.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantities vary by product and decoration method. Many custom apparel orders start around 12 pieces, but smaller or specialty orders may be possible. Request a quote and we’ll recommend the best option.

Can I bring in my own garments?

In some cases, yes. Customer-supplied garments must be approved in advance, and decoration results cannot be guaranteed. Contact us to discuss your project.

Do you work with local Scottsdale and Phoenix businesses?

Yes. We proudly serve customers across Scottsdale, Phoenix, and the greater Arizona Valley. Walk-ins are welcome at our Scottsdale Airpark location.
